      Aim: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is associated with adverse cardiovasular events, and impaired vascular function. The aim of this study is evaluation of possible role of supplementation of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFA) on arterial stiffness and laboratory marker of oxidative stress (GPX) in patients with MetS.
